Head of the International Monetary Fund, Christine Lagarde has become a prominent figure within international finance and a force to reckoned with. As a woman within a male dominated sector, Laguarde has utilised her platform to express her views on woman in work. Although Largarde continues to encourage woman to take more leading roles within companies, her views on progressive change is what inspires me the most. She believes you can only make progress if a movement is inclusive and brings together men and women alike, a viewpoint I strongly agree with. Change isn’t about the battle of the sexes, it’s about creating equality for both men and woman in all aspects of life. Thanks for the reminder Ms. Laguarde.
